Cold Front
So we’re in the middle of this heat wave and I figured now would be as good a time as any to take in the pleasures of a ceiling fan and some A/C and try to play catch up. I’ll spare you the overdramatization of my farewell to 3234 and my more recent (and increasingly frequent) farewell to Dan of the mother country. Suffice it to say that work has kept me pretty busy. I think I have as much time as I expected in the evenings, but whereas a year ago I thought I’d spend most of it working on web development, I’ve actually been spending it around other human beings. Surprisingly, though, this has not had the desirable effect of decreasing my appetite for gratuitous computer paraphernalia. Luckily my car has been doing it’s part to keep Mitsubishi in business and various creditors have stepped up to the task of keeping me financially grounded.
So that’s that for now, I suppose. I know it isn’t much, but I’ve got some reading to do. Stay cool.
